Do I need an account to send files?

How large can my files be?

Free users get up to 3 GB per transfer with no monthly cap. Pro users get up to 20 GB. Send as many transfers as you want on either plan.

How long do download links last?

Free links last 7 days. Pro links last 30 days. Once expired, the link is dead and the file is gone for good.

Is there a download limit per link?

No limit. Anyone with the link can download as many times as they want. Free, always.

Do you train AI models with my data?

Unlike WeTransfer, we never train AI models with your data. Your files go from A to B and are permanently deleted on expiry. Nothing is stored longer than needed, nothing is ever used for training. Read why this matters.
